Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Spatial Regal Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”), trading as Spatial Regal and Spatial Regal Technology, for access to Zipper at tinyzipper.com and related APIs, edge services, and dashboards (the “Service”).

By creating an account, calling an API, or embedding Portcullis, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Workspaces, seats, and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Each tenant workspace is isolated. You are responsible for every teammate you invite, and for all traffic that originates from hostnames you onboard.

You will keep credentials, Portcullis secrets, and origin keys confidential. Compromised keys must be rotated immediately and reported to security@tinyzipper.com.

3. Acceptable use and suspension

The Service may not be used to operate or conceal unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, credential stuffing, or attacks on third parties. We may suspend a zone, widget, or workspace when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law has been breached.

Volumetric events that threaten the shared network may be mitigated by The Moat without prior notice.

4. Plans, fees, and taxes

The Free plan is free within published quotas. Paid plans (Starter, Business, Scale) are billed in advance through Paystack as a recurring subscription. Enterprise fees are set in a separate order form.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless a tax line appears on the invoice. You authorize Spatial Regal Digital Ltd to charge the payment method you save with Paystack on each renewal until you cancel. Official tax invoices and receipts are numbered TZ-YYYY-000001 and can be downloaded as PDF from Billing. Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual property

Zipper, Portcullis, the named services, and the Spatial Regal marks are owned by Spatial Regal Digital Ltd. You retain ownership of origin content. You grant us a limited license to cache, route, and challenge traffic solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 IF YOU ARE ON THE FREE PLAN). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. Term, termination, and export

You may close a workspace at any time. Upon termination we delete production data within 30 days except where retention is required by law or outstanding abuse investigations. You may export Watchtower logs and zone configuration while the workspace is active.
