Billing and receipts

How Zipper charges subscriptions, issues official invoices, and handles Paystack receipts.
1. Who bills you
Spatial Regal Digital Ltd bills Zipper subscriptions. Official invoices and receipts are issued in that name, trading as Zipper. Billing questions: billing@tinyzipper.com.
2. Paystack and recurring payments
Paid self-serve plans are charged through Paystack. After the first successful payment, Paystack stores a reusable authorization and charges it on each renewal (monthly or yearly) until you cancel in the dashboard.
Subscriptions stay closed until Paystack API keys are configured. The Free plan does not require a payment method.
3. Official invoices and receipts
Every charge creates a tax invoice with a unique number in the form TZ-YYYY-000001. When Paystack reports the payment as successful, that document becomes an official receipt. You can download a PDF from Billing → Invoices & receipts.
PDFs are computer-generated. They include seller details, billed party, line items, tax, Paystack reference, and the period covered. No wet-ink signature is required.
4. Cancellation and failed payments
You may cancel at period end. Access continues until the paid period finishes. If a renewal fails, the invoice is marked payment failed and the subscription may move to past due until the payment is retried or cancelled.
